The report stated: "In case of victory of Fatah al-Sham, Idlib province will be under the control of the organization which is on lists of international terrorism, and will lead to kick the opposition out of the country, and to promote the US  - Russian plan in the division of Syria for spheres of influence, and will support the international trends to launch a massive attack against Idlib, especially that Turkey open classified JFS on lists of terror. "

The observatory said in the report that recent mergers under the banner of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham or the banner Ahrar al-Sham will not be able to survive for long.
