High-quality military operation by Rebels north of Homs

The rebels launched at Wednesday dawn a surprise attack on the barriers and locations of Assad's forces in Homs on the al-Salamiah road the  northern countryside of Homs, inflicting casualties in their ranks.
Field sources said that the rebels carried out the operation as they attacked al-Kazyah, Villas and Asunaidh barriers on Homs – al-Salamiah Highway after the midnight,  after fierce clashes continued for several hours they were able to kill about 20 soldiers of Assad forces and wounding others, in addition to seize some weapons and light ammunition.
In turn, Assad's forces shelled the areas of clashes using heavy artillery and tanks from the Engineering Battalion and Brigade 47, after cutting through Homs – al- Salamiah road for several hours due to the clashes.
