The local council and the operating force in the south of the Syrian capital Damascus denied the existence of any agreement held with Assad's regime to leave the neighborhood.
The local council in a statement on Wednesday repoted that they refuse to displace and insist on staying in their neighborhood, calling for not to accept any news except from an official source in the neighborhood itself.
The statement of the local council of al-Qadam district stressed "adherence to the community and the public interest rather than giving priority to the interests of individuals and regions."
The rebel Damascus’ neighborhoods were subjected to the Assad regime siege, starvation and force displacement, as part of the policy of demographic change and the replacement of Shi'a and pro-Iranian populations with the Assad regime replacing indigenous peoples.
