"S-400" Manufacturer: We Observe Targets in Syria but not Drop

"These missile systems see hostile targets in Syrian airspace, although they do not drop them," Yan Novikov, general manager of the Almaz-Ante, the manufacturer of Russian air defense systems S-300 and S-400 said.

"The aim of these allegations is to defame the Russian anti-aircraft missile systems in Syria," Novikov added, commenting on Western media about the lack of control of the S-300 and S-400 systems in Syria.
