Amputation and loss of function of the musculoskeletal system of the body is a real disaster for the owner of those injuries where, accompanied by lifelong disability and adversely affect daily functioning,
The “Syrian National Project” with its two parts those were inside the Turkish territory in the state of Hatay, and the free Syrian areas , with important initiatives, aimed at alleviating the owners of those injuries from their suffering, by creating industrial alternatives to the limbs and the musculoskeletal system will help one to do some jobs closer to normal .
The section, which is in northern Syria is considered as a (national project of the “Limbs. strikingly, as the strength of the center inside a moving vehicle manufactures, in addition to a small room used for the installation of the limbs to the injured.
The director of the center, "Abdul Rahim “Khallouf" in an interview with ElDorar  Network ‘s reporter, that the project was created in February of 2013, so as to compensate the injured with missing lower limbs and upper and devices paralysis, as well as for the establishment of the Center trained a number of technicians in order to deal with such cases, noting that it is benefiting from the expertise of a global educational organizations in this area, particularly the "Human Study" German.
Khallouf explained,  that he was treating dozens of cases of amputation of the upper and lower extremities, as well as cases of paralysis, where it formed the reviewers of the women 15%, and 15% of children and 70% of men.
According to medical statistics conducted by the organizations concerned in this regard to the existence of more than 37 thousand patients in Syria suffered the loss of one of the upper limbs or lower by bombing operations carried out by Assad's forces and warplanes on Syrian cities and towns, and the ratio benefited least from the number of injured to compensate parties operations , while the majority remained without medical attention because of the deteriorating conditions, and subjected to many areas of the crippling blockade.
