Killing of 23 civilians by Assad Forces on Tuesday in Syria

23 Civilians were killed on Tuesday, including women and children, in air raids by aircraft of the Assad regime on several cities in Syria.
The "Local Coordination Committees" said  that 11 people were killed in Damascus and Rif-Dimashq provinces, while otherfour died in Homs, three civilians were killed in Aleppo, and the rest in Daraa, Idlib and Deir ez-Zor.
"Coordinating Committees" were also able to document death of eight children, two women and two dead under torture in prisons of Assad regime yesterday.
