Each of Turkey and Russia reached to a proposal for a ceasefire in Syria may start as early as midnight on the 28th. December in case it has been agreed upon, but classified as "terrorist" organizations will be excluded, to be then shift to negotiations between the Syrian regime and the opposition in the capital of Kazakhstan under the Turkish Russian auspices.

ElDorar news network made an exclusive interview with "Idris al-Ra’ed" the official spokesman for Faylaq al-Sham to find out the details of the meetings of military factions in the Turkish capital, Ankara, and the proposal for a cease-fire and the efforts of factions, including Faylaq al-Sham itself to unite their efforts.

“al-Ra’ed" denied that the Russian-Turkish broker cease-fire deal has been presented to the factions, stressing that it will be discussed at future sessions for full details to have a look upon which, stressing that all the previous meetings in the Turkish capital were all consultative and no decisions had been built upon.

He mentioned in the interview made by ElDorar that the military factions rejected the earlier proposal for a truce excludes some factions such as "Fateh-Sham" or excluded some areas of Eastern Ghouta area, and they will likely take the same position if the same ideas put forward again.

Additionally, he talked about the attempts of a number of factions to create a unified body saying:"The attacks carried out by Jund al-Aqsa on the factions and the events of Aleppo prompted everyone for consultations and discussions to generate a project in which not to repeat mistakes of the past which resulted in an initiative put forward by ten factions on Tuesday, which is open to everyone and anyone who wants to work under one national cap without talking about the ready-project as an initiative. "

Faylaq al-Sham’s spokesman said : "This initiative aspires to be a full integration project agreed by the whole discussing factions about how to implement it and its stages which is not limited to the participated parties rather for the whole factions.”

“al-Ra’ed stressed that the operating rooms have been worked for a long time, and now he hoped to reach an administrative structure governing the military and political effort in order to raise the efficiency of the military and political struggle of the Syrian revolution.

10 Prominent factions, most notably Faylaq al-Sham, Soqur al-Sham, Jaysh al-Islam, Jaysh al-Mujahideen and al-Jabha al-Shamia have issued a statement in which they suggest an initiative to approximate the military ,political and legitimacy bodies as a first step in order to form a joint strong body.
