ElDorar AlShamia:

The Syrian regime and Russia aircraft stepped up air raids against civilians in the provinces of Homs and Idlib, where Russian warplanes and artillery units of the Assad forces carried out two massacres, killing dozens of victims and wounded others.

Seven civilians were killed as a Russian plane hit a vegetable marketplace in the center of Khan Sheikhoun in the southern countryside of the province, in parallel to the fighting in the neighboring countryside of Hama, where the rebel factions managed to regain control of the Zlin military checkpoint.

The latest death toll of the warplanes and artillery bomardment on the area of Hula in the northern Homs countryside reached 8 victims, in addition to 10 wounded, ElDorar’s correspondent in the province of Homs reported.

The correspondent in Homs pointed out that this escalation comes on the background of the exposure of the Assad forces to the loss of equipment and soldiers, after a surprise attack launched by HTS on a military point called al-Osiah, Monday morning.

Inquiry Commission for  a cessation of hostilities

The Syrian regime is ready to stop fighting in Hama if a specialized committee to investigate the chemical massacre of Khan Sheikhoun is approved, Moscow said on Monday.

The United States has opposed the idea of sending Russian inspectors to investigate the targeting of chemical weapons on Khan Sheikhoun.

Numerous study centers and military analysts have speculated that the attack waged by Assad's forces backed by the Russian air force and Iranian militia on the northern Hama countryside aimed at reaching the town of Khan Sheikhoun in order to block any international inspection committee of gathering evidence on the chemical attacks.
