ElDorar AlShamia:

Jamal Marouf, the former commander of the Syrian rebel front, commented on the news about his imminent return to Idlib province in cooperation with the Turkish army, saying he would only return if major countries achieved his conditions.

"I will not enter Idlib unless the big powers give me pledges to remove Assad, because any fighting at this time will only serve the regime and its allied militias. We will fight terrorism but topple Assad in exchange for our fight against terrorism, because he (Assad) is the maker and exporter of terrorism !!," Jamal Marouf tweeted, adding that “Abu Qa’qa’ and his followers are the best examples for !.”

HTS (Hayat Tahrir al-Sham) issued a statement containing an advisory opinion of the Islamic Council confirms that the fight against what so- called "remnants of the corrupt factions" is a duty of all and is considered as a "push against the enemy factions."

It is noteworthy that "Jamal Maarouf" left the Syrian territory at the end of 2014 following clashes between his faction and (the former Nasra Front), ended up with the capturing over the latter’s strongholds in the area of Jabal al-Zawia in rural Idlib.
