The Directorate of Civil Defense in the countryside of Hama or "White Helmets" announced the death of nine of its cadres, who were killed in the aerial bombing of the Syrian regime, targeted the center of Kfar Zeita in the northern countryside of Hama.

The Directorate issued a statement in which it said that the center of Kafr Zeita was hit at 12:00 am on Saturday, 29 April, by a direct bombardment of (bunker buster) bombs launched by the Syrian regime aircraft, which targeted the center's shelter, killing eight members: Amer Abboud, Mustafa al-Najjar and Mazen al- Ahmed Mustafa, Ahmed Hussein, Halim Shaheen, Ahmed Halaq and Ghassan Al-Dalal. "

The statement added that the aviation not only bombed the volunteers of its cadres, but returned to target the area with several raids during the civil defense team were trying to recover the bodies of civilians, killing another volunteer and a paramedic agent, and an air strike on another center called "109", led to destroying.

In its statement, the Directorate called on the international community to act effectively in order to provide the necessary protection to the civil defense teams, medical personnel and humanitarian organizations, which are under constant bombardment and deliberate targeting, pointing out that this statement is as a relief call to protect medical and humanitarian facilities.
