Completion of the "Zabadani - Foua" agreement’s implementation

A new batch of 3,000 people, including 700 fighters from Hezbollah and the national defense militias supporting the Syrian regime, left Foua and Kafriya in rural Idlib on Wednesday morning and went to al-Rashedin area in the countryside of Aleppo in preparation for the exchange process in Aleppo, after the arrival of the displaced locals of Zabadani and the eastern mountain area.

It is about 700 people left Zabadani, Serghaya and the eastern mountain in Damascus countryside, including 200 fighters, and headed to the north of Syria, and it is expected to witness the coming hours the release of 750 prisoners from the Syrian regime’s jails, including 170 women, ElDorar’s correspondent confirmed.

The agreement includes allowing the residents of Foua and Kafriya, including the fighters to leave towards the Syrian regime's control areas in Aleppo, in exchange for the evacuation of the Zabadani, Madaya and Eastern Mountain fighters and their families who want to leave towards the Syrian north, as well as 1,000 people from Yarmouk refugee camp. 1500 detainees from the regime's prisons.
