ElDorar AlShamia:

60 Buses carrying 3200 people came from Madaya , Damascus countryside, including fighters to the Ramousah area south of Aleppo held by the Syrian regime, while thousands of people waiting for another buses leaving  Foua and Kafariya in al-Rashedin area in order to cross into Aleppo since Friday.

The swap process has been faltered because the Iranian and Hezbollah militias violated the agreement’s terms, where it is agreed 5,000-person batch to leave Foua and Kafariya supposed to contain 1,300 fighters. However, when the buses were inspected, it was revealed that only 650 fighters had left, and the rest were civilians, ElDorar’s correspondent confirmed.

The revolutionary factions overseeing the agreement (the Islamic Movement of Ahrar al-Sham – Hayat Tahrir al-Sham-HTS) concern that Iran and Hezbollah will take out all civilians and keep large numbers of militants of the national defense and Hezbollah then to revoke the agreement or disrupt its implementation.

HTS posted yesterday the terms of the agreement and explained that the displacement does not include all residents of Madaya, Zabadani and Mount Bloudan, but only the fighters and their families, and the process will be in batches where the first includes 8000 people of Foua and Kafariya to exit in return the exit of who want of Madaya and Zabadani and the second installment includes exit Of those remaining in Foua and Kafariya in return for 1000 people leaving the Yarmouk camp south of Damascus.
