ElDorar AlShamia:
US missile strikes on Shayrat airfield have overshadowed the behavior of the Syrian regime, which over the past two days has moved many of its warplanes from central Syria to Damascus and Lattakia.
According to ElDorar’s correspondent, Su22 and Su24 planes, estimated at least seven planes, were transported Sunday from the Al-Tayfour and Al-Sine airfields in Homs to Humaimim of Lattakia and Damascus International Airport. At least two Su warpalnes were flown on Saturday.
Military sources speculated that the transfer was due to fear 0f new US attaks; as each of Humaimim and Damascus international airports are considered supported by sophisticated Russian defense.
The two warships of the US Navy targeted the airfields (Shayarat) of the Syrian regime on the backdrop of the last targeting of the city of Khan Sheikoun several days ago with chemical weapons.
