ElDorar Reveals the agreement of Foua’ and Kfrya Evacuation in rural #Idlib

Representatives of Jaysh al-Fateh (Al-Ahrar Al-Sham and HTS) met a delegation composed of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards and Lebanese Hezbollah to evacuate the residents of Foua’ and Kfrya villages in the countryside of Idlib, in exchange for the exit of fighters of Zabadani, Madaya and Bloudan of Rif Dimashq province as well as releasing detainees  of the Syrian regime’s prisons.

The first evacuation of the two villiages will be on the fourth of April, and the second on the sixth of the same month, in exchange for the fighters of Madaya, Zabadani and Bloudan to go to any area they want with any body wats to In addition to the release of 1500 detainees from the Syrian regime’s prisons , including "as many women as possible," in addition to a 9-month truce that includes: Idlib, Maarat Misrin, Taftanaz and Ram Hamdan, and several other towns in the northern countryside of Idlib, In addition to the towns of Babila and Beit Sahem ,Babila and Yalda, south of Damascus, according to a person familiar with the details as "adviser”.

 

Iranian rush to complete the deal

The consultant in the agreement confirmed  to ElDorar network concerns about the speed rythm shown by the delegation of Iranian officers and Hezbollah’s in order to complete the deal as soon as possible, and it is likely that Iran wants to get rid of a pressure paper owned by Jaysh al-Fateh. The source warned that Iran has resorted to the removal of all civilians from Foua’ and Kfrya in the first batch, and to keep the military fighters of Hezbollah in the two villages to benefit of in the expected military operations after they (Iranians) breaches the truce , saying that Russia has not yet determined its position on this agreement.

It is noteworthy that attempts to complete the agreement stumbled several times earlier because of the insistence of officials authorized by Jaysh al-Fateh to enter Wa’er file live within the Convention, and try to delay the evacuation of the two villages’ people as long as possible.
