The death of a Syrian citizen and her daughter in a house fire of Mount Lebanon

A Syrian female citizen and her daughter died, on Wednesday evening, in a fire at their home in the town of “al-Jyah” in the province of “Chouf” of Mount Lebanon.

The National News Agency reported: "Syrian citizen Nasreen Hussain Mohammed Khalil, and her daughter “Wisam Kaseb” (one year old), died after a fire broke out in their home, due to leakage of gas, which led to the ignition of the entire house."

The agency noted that the bodies were transported to Dr. Munther al-Haj Hospital in the town of al-Jyah, where “al-S’edyat” police station took over investigation of the incident , stressing at the same time that the civil defense saved the rest of the family.
