Syrian resistance negotiating delegation in Ankara reached an agreement with the Russian side for a ceasefire in all Syrian territory not exclude any faction or any area than IS group.

Syrian factions managed to impose the agreement on the Russian side on Thursday after threatening to withdraw from the negotiations, if the cease-fire does not include the Eastern Ghouta area ,Wadi Barada and all fronts of Damascus in addition to the Jabhat Fateh al-Sham (JFS) frontlines.

"Osama Abu Zeid" the spokesman of the negotiating team stressed that he will hold a press conference on Thursday and will display the text of the agreement in front of the cameras for everyone to make sure that it does not exclude any area or any factions, and the agreement will start from 12 o'clock at night.

Sources in the Syrian resistance had confirmed yesterday to ElDorar that it refuses to exclude any area in Syria or JFS either, because that would mean the continuation of the bombing and the attacks on the liberated territories under the pretext of fighting JFS that resides in several areas.

Each of Russian and Turkish Foreign Ministries and the al-Assad regime confirmed reaching a ceasefire agreement confirming that begins this midnight, as Iran has no comment yet.

Turkish Foreign Minister insisted the need for the withdrawal of foreign militias, including Hezbollah from Syria, also he emphasized his country's refusal to engage in dialogue with al-Assad, and that is impossible to complete political solution with him in power.

One of the striking note that Iran has not been mentioned in the ongoing negotiations which is limited to Turkey and Russia after Iran was a key party, amid reports of Iranian-Russian disagreements on the Syrian issue, centered on the desire of Iran and the al-Assad regime to continue attacks on Rif Dimashq and Idlib, as well as Tehran concerns on the Russian-Turkish rapprochement.

It should be noted that the previous draft agreement prepared by Turkey, which excluded IS group and Jabhat Fateh al-Sham and confirmed to resume in targeting them, whereas Russia and the al-Assad regime insisted to exclude the Eastern Ghouta area and Wadi Barada of the truce..
