Occupation wages a campaign of arrests in the West Bank and Jerusalem

Israeli occupation forces carried out last night, and at dawn on Monday a campaign of arrests and raids in several cities in the occupied West Bank during which violent confrontations.

Palestinian sources said that the occupation forces arrested at dawn today the freed prisoner Hatem Moussa Zagha from Nablus, after a raid on his home behind the National Hospital in Northern Mountain region.

Zagha is a student of the Faculty of Engineering at An-Najah University, freed prisoner, and his arrest came two weeks after his release from the Authority prisons.

In Jerusalem, the Occupation Israeli army arrested Imad Shamasneh from Katana, in the city, as well as Ahmed Darwish, Anas Darwish from the town of Issawiya.

Also Israeli soldiers arrested Majed Tayseer Altiti, from Aroub refugee camp in Hebron, while the occupation forces at dawn today continued to break into the town of Beit Ummar, north of Hebron and raided houses, using sniffer dogs, searching houses and terrorizing citizes.

In the same context, clashes erupted after the storming of the occupation forces to the town of Qabatiya, south of Jenin in the northern West Bank, at a time when the occupation forces confiscated a vehicle from the town, as Israeli forces put a checkpoint west of the city.

On the other hand, Israeli police said, in a statement this morning, the troops from the border guards and the army (Israel), carried out at dawn raids in the town of Beit Fajar, south of Bethlehem city, claiming they detected two weapons prepared "manually", and arrested two minors residents from the town.

The Occupation Police noted that two other youths were arrested, suspected them to throw Molotov cocktails about two weeks ago at one of the outposts when they were inside the vehicle.
