#ElDorar AlShamia:

The ongoing discussions between a number of factions of the Syrian Resistance on the one hand and Russia on the other hand, mediated by Turkey, approach its second week, where the parties planned to hold a new round of discussions on Monday in an attempt to reach a bit understanding for the besieged neighborhoods of Aleppo city, as the violent campaign still resumes by the al-Assad regime and the Iranian militias supporting it, military sources from #Aleppo.

Al-Assad's regime rejected earlier via its Foreigner Minister "Walid al-Moallem" international proposal presented by the Special Envoy to Syria, "Staffan de Mistura" includes the formation of self-management in the eastern neighborhoods of Aleppo to be controled by the "moderate opposition" and the "extremist fighters" (Jabhat Fateh al-Sham” to exit, but the proposal itself renewed during the ongoing negotiations in Ankara between a number of factions and the Russian side.

One of the negotiating team’s members (who requested anonymity; he is not authorized to give media statements), reported for ElDorar that Russian side is about to accept the idea of keeping the eastern besieged districts of Aleppo under the control of the Syrian Resistance factions and the local council in exchange for “Jabhat Fateh al-Sham” fighters to exit towards Idlib, and aid will be allowed to enter those neighborhoods later.

The sources confirmed that the agreement may include “al-Waer” neighborhood in rural Homs and apply the same scenario for, as well as any other area has a hotline contact with al-Assad's forces could be included at the negotiating table, adding that Russia is interested in highlighting itself as a supporter of the peace agreements, looking at the same time for a way to reduce its troubles in Syria, and it is possible for this point to be exploited to gain the most important aid to enter some areas, particularly the eastern districts of Aleppo and keep those areas under the control of the revolutionary factions and to avoid civilians the bombing and death.

The source denied what appeared in some media outlets about a new Russian demand aims at reaching an agreement includes Islamic movement of Ahrar al-Sham’s fighters to get out Aleppo, stressing that it has been circulating false information about the agreement, and until the moment there is no final framework of discussions and the whole process could be considered just discussions it has a direct link between the negotiating team and Russia as a kind of checking the truth.

In contrast, a number of factions’ leaders involved in the negotiating process in an exclusive reports for ElDorar Network have expressed fears that freezing the fighting in Aleppo and other areas to be just a new Russian deception aimed at full-time for the most important strongholds of the Syrian revolution in both Idlib and Hama countryside and to launch a fierce campaign under the pretext of  combating  "JFS" considering that Russia is seeking to exclude “JFS”  from the agreement in case it would be held, considering that the short-term gains that can be achieved like “introducing aid and stop military campaigns on some areas and freeze the battlefronts ,might make the Syrian Resistance factions pay a high-cost price allowing the regime and Russia to concentrate effort on the largest strongholds of the revolution under the banner of "fighting terrorism"  and to pursuit  Jabhat Fateh al-Sham (JFS), which makes them reluctant to carry out the agreement.

Syrian diplomatic sources confirmed that the United States has nothing to do with what is going on in Ankara, noting that the current negotiations are part of a Russian-Turkish attempts to make the point of views cleared and closer on Syria, particularly in Aleppo file progress toward the city of al-Bab and the expulsion of IS group and neighborhoods of Aleppo city.

Field news: Iranian-backed al-Assad militias in a ground and aerial offensive continued against  the rest of the districts in eastern Aleppo, which gives an indication of the failure to pay the importance of what is happening in Ankara, and that the Syrian regime appears to depend on  the military solution in those areas, as the opportunity is now open for it and it has become obliged to enter into a negotiated paths.
