Rebels Brigades stopped the Assad's forces progress north of Hama

Rebels fighters defeated, on Friday night, Assad's forces attempt to advance to the liberated areas in the northern Hama and were able to kill and wound a number of their elements.

Field sources said that fierce fighting broke out using machine guns and heavy weapons after an attempt of Assad's forces of progress towards Lahaya village in the northern Hama under intense air cover; where the rebels fought off the attackers  causing a number of casualties among their ranks.
In the meantime, helicopters targeted the cities of Al-Lataminah and Kafr Zita in the north of Hama using naval mine, heavy machine guns, as warplanes attacked the villages of Mount Shahshbo.
The warplanes carried out several air strikes yesterday on the villages and towns of the al-Zyara, Qastun  Alkerkor and al-Omqya, al-Mansoura ,Al-Hawash and Bait al-Ras in the al-Ghab valley of the western countryside of Hama, while helicopters dropped barrel bombs on al-Mansoura ,  al-Qahira villages and the thermal station amid a rocket bombardment from the camp of Juerin on al-Ankawi village in the al-Ghab valley.
