Saudi - American conflict and its reflection on the ground mode in the “South Storm” battle

“South Storm” battle was launched two months ago from now which is a many factions participated-battle aim to tighten control of the remaining al-Assad forces' positions in the city of Daraa, but this battle is still suffering from place-stagnation , although successive phases were launched of this battle; as prominent factions pulled back in its second phase, such as Ahrar al-Sham Islamic Movement , Al-Nusra Front and the Islamic Movement of al-Muthanna for reasons still unknown.
Topping the southern front, composed of many factions the scene in the subsequent stages of the “South Storm” battle which receive the support of those factions of the MOC (Military Operations Center) located in Jordan,  which is an operations room to supply " moderate opposition factions" that consists of officers follow in mostly to Jordan, UAE, and America and lower rates to both Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
Both military and field viewers those informed on the reality of battle agree unanimously on the catastrophic failure on the management level of the battle as well as a clear poor coordination and planning mentioning to the latest developments of this military operation, marked by the progress of some factions of the Yadodeh axis controlling the four points, most notably the Tal Zaatar point, while the front of the al-Mukhayam , Manshiya and Naemeh remained static, which forced the rebels to withdraw from those points.
Close sources to the ‘South Storm’ operations room confirmed to ElDorar Network that hidden contradictions did not float on the surface yet exist between the factions leaders participating the battle  clearly affected the reality on the ground, and can be read only within the context of the orientations of regional and global entities located within the "MOC"  room,  the same thing was alluded by Saudi media sources, close to the official resolution circles , which referred to the role of the United States to disrupt rebel supply within the “MOC” room and its disruptive role especially in the “South Storm” battle, while the official authorities of Saudi Arabia become clearer than ever, to overthrow the head of the Syrian regime, as stated in the "al-Jubeir"  famous statement saying " the (Assad) must be removed  either politically by the decisions of Geneva, or militarily", while the US administration clinging to ask for addressing the risk of the "ISil" rather the "Assad", matching a new partner in the Iranian nuclear deal and the Russian suggestion which seeks for partners to the Assad regime in addressing the threat of terrorism.
Perhaps the the “South Storm” is not the only station where the US appeared far away completely from the aspirations of the Syrian people ; where the position of refusing to establish no-fly zone in northern Syria and coordinating with the separatists Kurds are clear evidences of the US lacking of good wills toward the Syrian people.
